Transforming - and Maybe Selling - Meaning

One of the key fault lines in the XML community runs through styles. Some developers tend to prefer Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), a tool for annotating documents with style information that is in fairly common use on the Web. Other developers are looking forward to Extensible Style Language (XSL), a tool for transforming documents into formatting objects, which can then be presented in browsers or on paper.
